Steve concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, finance and corporate transactions.  Steve’s commercial real estate experience includes representing owners and developers in the acquisition, financing and development/operation/leasing of properties across the United States.  He also has represented a number of institutional lenders in the structure and negotiation of various classes of single lender and syndicate financings (secured and unsecured), including CMBS, off-balance sheet, subordinated debt, mezzanine and bond-related financing transactions.  In his corporate experience, Steve has represented numerous business entities in their formation and operation, including advising such entities on the various legal issues arising during operations.  In addition, he has represented both purchasers and sellers in a number of merger and acquisition transactions.
