Anthony Gambale, Esq. joined Continental Law Group in 2016 as an associate attorney. Since then, he has been instrumental in growing the firm’s thriving commercial real estate practice and counseling clients for a broad scope of leasing matters. Leading CLG’s commercial leasing practice, Anthony’s multi-faceted skill set allows him to successfully represent clients in acquisitions, financing, reinvestment, and redevelopment transactions. In addition, he is also committed to offering strategic and practical advice to businesses and investors concerning general corporate governance matters.
But as hard as he works, Anthony does get to spend some time out of the office! When he isn’t negotiating a lease or mediating a commercial dispute, Anthony enjoys traveling the globe. An avid traveler with an extensive bucket list, he has already seen two of the seven Man-Made Wonders of the World and looks forward to crossing off the other five in due time.
Anthony describes himself as a “major foodie.” Not only is he the go-to advisor at the firm for mediating and negotiating leasing issues, but he is also well-regarded among his colleagues for providing stellar recommendations when it comes to eating out. Always pleased to provide a restaurant suggestion when people ask him — and sometimes even when they don’t — Anthony has comprised his own Boston-based restaurant list that is more than 100 dining destinations long. (Related to his enthusiasm for all things food-related, Anthony is also a huge fan of British celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsay).
Anthony’s passion for enjoying a good meal is also part of his heritage. He has long-standing ties to the North End in Boston, the Italian part of the city, where his family owns one of the most popular pizza places — Ernesto’s. Tracing their lineage in the city back 100 years, the family named the restaurant after Anthony’s grandfather.
In addition to his fervor for food, Anthony has an unparalleled love of sports. While most Bostonians will say the same and proclaim their devotion to the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics, and Bruins, it’s actually very much true with Anthony. In fact, he used to write for a fantasy sports website. As for his musical taste, Anthony might be the biggest U2 fan in Massachusetts, having seen the rock band live 18 times, and counting. He is proud to say that he hasn’t missed a single concert they’ve performed in the city since 2001.
Anthony holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston University and earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated cum laude and served as the Law Review editor. He currently resides in Boston’s North End.
