Anne concentrates her practice on commercial real estate development and management, including commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, zoning and land use, and financing. Anne has extensive experience in the representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. Anne has worked with REITs in the sale and acquisition of industrial properties nationwide, as well as with commercial developers of high-end residential real estate projects with respect to the acquisition, sale, financing, and zoning. She has also worked with large institutional lenders, providing debt financing on tax-exempt and conventional low-income housing tax credit projects nationwide, and has significant experience representing clients in the wireless communications industry, negotiating and drafting telecommunications leases and purchase and sale agreements, and representing wireless carriers before municipal boards throughout Massachusetts. Additionally, Anne has represented landlords and property owners in connection with the management of large multi-family and mixed used developments, including residential and commercial eviction matters.

Anne joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining, Anne was a Partner at a mid-size 100+ attorney law firm in Boston, and preceding that worked as an associate in the Boston offices of a 500+ attorney law firm, as well as another 100+ attorney Boston law firm, where she developed a background in complex real estate transactions.
