We are excited to announce that Brian Cafferty has joined Continental Law Group as a commercial real estate attorney. Brian brings with him a wealth of experience in real estate law, corporate governance, and finance. His deep expertise spans corporate formation, acquisitions, zoning, commercial leasing, and environmental compliance.
Brian is a member of the Commercial Leasing Section, the Commercial Real Estate Finance Section, and the Environmental and Renewable Energy Law Section of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. He is admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked at a large national law firm, boutique commercial real estate practices, and served as in-house counsel.
He has successfully represented clients in court and has provided strategic legal counsel on a wide range of operational and compliance issues. His work includes the development, financing, and leasing of industrial, suburban office, retail, and multi-family projects, with specialized experience in brownfield redevelopment, Chapter 91 filled tidelands, and Chapter 21E hazardous waste sites.
