Continental Law Group represented Rhino Capital Advisors and capital partners in completing a tremendous acquisition, development and leasing transaction. 

Our team successfully negotiated and closed (1) the acquisition of an undeveloped 11 acre site from MassDevelopment at the Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, Massachusetts and (2) a long term lease with a public company for a 100,000 square foot build-to-suit manufacturing facility .

Construction will start immediately and it promises to be a fantastic new site for the tenant.
